Candidate who have passed in 10+2 examination (Science stream) with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics subjects. From recognized university or board.
The duration of the course shall be for two academic years with each academic year spread over a period of not less than one hundred and eighty working days.
Students are advised to submit following documents (original document + 2 attested photo copies) during admission process.
A candidate is required to put in at least 75% attendance in theory and practical subjects separately. The candidate shall complete the prescribed course satisfactorily to become eligible for appearing the respective examination.
After having appeared in Part-II examination for the Diploma in Pharmacy, conducted by board a candidate shall be eligible to undergo practical training of 500 hours spread over a period of not less than 3 months in one or more of the following institutions namely:
